Ms. Nyberg has been teaching for 8 years. She attended U.O.P for 5 years and National University for 2. She is currently teaching 4th grade but she has also taught 7th and 8th grade p.e and math. Her moto for her class is "everyone can learn and a positive attitude is everything." Ms. Nyberg likes to get to know her students and wants them to succeed in school and in life. She wants to see her students progress as they get older.
Ms. Nyberg is a very active participant at school. She has served and continues to serve on many school and district committees. She has been a member of Commodore's school site council, data leadership team, she's the teacher's lead union rep, she serves as a new teacher provider, a member of the school's liason committe and she is Commodore's new PTO secretary. You can say she is a teacher who wears many hats!
She grew up in a very small family. She has 1 brother and 1 sister. During her free time she likes to travel, watch sports, see movies and read. Ms. Nyberg also loves computers and skiing. But most of all, she likes to help others. We are very excited to be covering Ms. Nyberg and her class this year.
